SpectraLinks is
the Internet's most comprehensive guide to commercial and non-commercial Web sites, individual Home Pages and
information for those seeking multicultural diversity.
As we receive
and find Web sites of specific interest to people of colour,
we will send them to you. We generally send between three
(3), but no more than ten (10) individual links per day. We
try to select five (5) Web sites that are somewhat related
in nature. We then add a pertinent tip, update or
announcement.
Along with
mailing lists, FTP sites and Gopher severs there are
"Hot tips," articles, Internet tools, Newsgroups
and events of interest to people of African descent.
We invite your critique and/or comments about the colourful
sites you will visit.

to providing information resources of specific interest
